This pair was handmade using an ancient Korean technique called keum-boo. I hand cut and textured sterling silver to create the earrings and then I bonded 24k gold to some of the sterling silver pieces. The earrings are not exactly the same, which I personally love. They are finished with sterling silver posts. Don't worry they are light!
Keum-boo literally means 'attached gold'. It is a permanent bond of 24k gold to the silver.
